- Designed standardized InDesign templates for flat and folded cards across multiple formats, supporting scalable, high-volume production workflows.
- Delivered production-ready PDFs optimized for press output and finishing workflows, ensuring technical accuracy across print runs.
- Applied proper margins, bleed, and trim allowances to account for machine tolerances and ensure clean final output.
- Supported high-volume seasonal production by maintaining consistent layout standards and organized file systems.
- Collaborated with team members to meet client deadlines while maintaining quality control across deliverables.

- Created multi-size print templates for scalable production workflows.
- Applied 0.125” trim margins to accommodate cutting tolerances.
- Prepared files for Canon press output and Duplo finishing.
