Brand Touchpoints & Product Marketing Materials

Background/Context

Role: Digital Artist & Designer
Tools Used: Photoshop, InDesign, Canva
Company: Omega Photo

Overview

This project involved designing a suite of customer-facing and internal brand touchpoints for Omega Photo. The goal was to create consistent, thoughtful materials that supported the brand visually, improved the customer experience, and clearly communicated care instructions and expectations after purchase.

These pieces were designed to be used at different stages of the customer journey, from in-store interactions to post-purchase handling and ongoing brand engagement.

Process

Product Care and Customer Experience Materials

I designed several printed materials focused on educating customers while reinforcing brand trust and consistency. This included an album care note card that explains how to properly care for photo albums, helping customers protect their investment long-term.

I also created fine art care labels that stick to the plastic bags used to wrap and deliver fine art prints. These labels thank customers for their support and provide clear guidance on how to handle and care for their prints once they leave the store.

Business Cards and Internal Branding

To support brand consistency across the team, I designed business cards for the store, individual employees, and myself. Each version followed the same visual system while allowing for personalization, ensuring a cohesive brand presence in all professional interactions.

Promotional and In-Store Marketing Materials

In addition to printed collateral, I created promotional graphics to support store initiatives and community engagement. This included a social media post announcing the opening of the nearby light rail, paired with messaging about our grand opening and in-store promotions.

I also designed an in-store sale sign to promote new branded tote bags, making sure the signage felt aligned with the overall Omega Photo brand while being clear and eye-catching for customers in the space.

Results and Reflection

These materials helped create a more cohesive and intentional brand experience across multiple customer touchpoints. By combining clear communication with consistent visual design, the pieces supported both customer education and brand recognition.

This project highlights my ability to design within an established brand system, think holistically about the customer journey, and create practical materials that serve both marketing and operational needs.
