Rush Trifold Brochure Design & Print Production

Overview
This project was a rush trifold brochure request for Brother’s Auto Salon. The client needed 100 brochures completed by the end of the day because they were expecting them the following day. They had originally ordered brochures online, but the vendor failed to deliver on time. Because of the tight turnaround, my manager assigned the project to me so we could produce everything in-house.

Intake and Setup
Design Recreation and Improvements
I recreated the trifold brochure layout and added improvements where possible. Some of the images provided did not have transparent backgrounds, and the client did not have alternate files available. I removed backgrounds as needed and adjusted the logo by inverting it so it would stand out more clearly against the design.
These small enhancements helped improve readability and visual impact while staying true to the client’s original vision.
Print Production and Finishing
Results and Reflection
Despite the tight deadline, the brochures were completed on time and ready for the client when they needed them. The client was very appreciative of how quickly everything came together and was happy with both the design and print quality.
This project highlights my ability to work efficiently under pressure, adapt existing designs quickly, and manage both digital layout and physical print production to meet urgent client needs.
